Here's what we're looking for
Talendary is looking for a hands-on UX Designer to join our product team in Stockholm. You will help shape user experiences for products used by thousands of people, taking projects from discovery through delivery. This is a great opportunity for a pragmatic designer with a strong portfolio, solid user research skills, and proven experience shipping real-world products.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end UX work: user research, information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed Figma specifications for engineering handoff.
- Run and synthesize user interviews, usability tests and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and product metrics to improve activation, retention and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and success criteria.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and components to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years of professional UX or product design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions and shipped products used by thousands of users.
- Expert-level Figma skills and experience building interactive prototypes.
- Solid knowledge of user research methodologies and experience running studies and usability tests.
- Clear communicator, pragmatic problem solver and team player comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment.
